Warehousing

A warehousing solution is one of our vital services, apart from providing a storage location for the products, the warehouse also helps eliminates downtime and cost which pickup and delivery from vendor (per client order) would incur. We have a central warehouse where we receive certain quantity of products from our clients and ship to other warehouses in the other states which we have delivery agents.

Call Center

We have a very organized system with call center agents, who are informed and up to date on the products and services of our clients. Once orders are received via our platform, they are handled by our call center agents.

Processes within the Call Centre include: confirming orders, responding to customers concerns or inquiries, scheduling date, time, and location of delivery of orders before transferring them to the delivery agents. Another benefit of the call center is to reschedule orders to customers preferred date and time and lastly follow up on failed deliveries in order to increase general delivery output.

Same Day Delivery (SDD)

We have delivery agents always on standby across our states of operation, ready to deliver products to customers immediately or within 24 hours of order (S) being placed. They deliver the products to customers on their desired date, all happening in real time. The delivery agents help eliminate the time constraint and other factors that may affect customers purchasing power (cash availability) that may limit the increase in sales, thereby increasing sales (profit) margin.

Pay on Delivery Scheme

With more than 3 years in the logistics management industry, we have come to fully understand the strength of the Nigerian niche and how to navigate to get the maximum output. Over the years the “pay on delivery” option has proven to be a competitive advantage and we have successfully managed inflow and outflow of cash received on delivery from customers to our clients, this is done on a weekly or daily basis depending on client’s preference. We have put in place a system of accounting to ensure that at every point in time we and our clients have common knowledge of warehouse stock, cash, and any other relevant information.
